The security deposit is mandatory and must be paid in-store on collection. The deposit covers: damage to the bike, broken or bent parts, mechanical repairs and component replacement. If the cost of damage exceeds the deposit, the customer pays the difference. The deposit CANNOT be used to pay weekly rent.

The minimum rental period is 30 days. If the bike is returned before this period, the deposit will not be refunded. After the first month, the contract renews automatically on a weekly basis. To return the bike, 7 days' notice is required.

Rental is paid weekly by direct debit. If payment is delayed by more than 24 hours, a fine of £5 per day applies. The bike may be locked remotely until payment is settled.

BR E-Bikes does NOT cover punctures or tyre damage. The customer is fully responsible for all tyre-related costs.

BR E-Bikes covers mechanical failures due to normal wear. The customer is responsible for damage caused by negligence, accidents, or misuse.

In the event of theft, the customer is legally responsible for the full replacement value of the bike. A police report must be filed within 24 hours.

The Eskuta SX-250 is classified as an EAPC under UK law, limited to 15.5 mph. No driving licence, insurance, or road tax is required. Customer must be 14 or older.

In the event of non-payment, BR E-Bikes reserves the right to instruct BAILIFF IT to recover the bike or seize goods of equivalent value. Legal costs will be passed to the customer.

Em caso de roubo, o cliente é responsável pelo valor total. Um relatório policial deve ser feito em 24 horas.

A Eskuta SX-250 é classificada como EAPC, limitada a 25 km/h. Não é necessária carta nem seguro. Cliente deve ter 14+ anos.

Em caso de não pagamento, a BR E-Bikes pode instruir a BAILIFF IT a recuperar a bicicleta. Custos legais serão passados ao cliente.
